Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of fish fillet (for example, salmon or dori)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Parsley for garnish
How to make:
- Clean the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Marinate with a little salt and black pepper to taste.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Place the fish fillets into the pan, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and the surface is browned.
- Meanwhile, prepare the lemon herb butter sauce. Mix the lemon juice, grated lemon zest and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
- Once the fish fillets are cooked, pour the lemon herb butter sauce over them. Let the sauce soak for a while before serving it.
- Serve the fish fillet with lemon herb butter sauce on top. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley leaves.
