Chicken Piccata with Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients:
  1. 4 pieces of fish fillet (for example, salmon or dori)
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  8. Salt and black pepper to taste
  9. Lemon wedges for garnish
  10. Parsley for garnish
How to make:
  1. Clean the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Marinate with a little salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place the fish fillets into the pan, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and the surface is browned.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the lemon herb butter sauce. Mix the lemon juice, grated lemon zest and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Once the fish fillets are cooked, pour the lemon herb butter sauce over them. Let the sauce soak for a while before serving it.
  6. Serve the fish fillet with lemon herb butter sauce on top. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley leaves.
